Jaclyn Richardson is an experienced Civil Servant and has worked in a variety of policy, regulatory and operational roles across the Northern Ireland Civil Service, most recently as the Head of the Department for Communities Covid-19 Departmental Operating Centre. Jaclyn served as Secretary to the Muckamore Inquiry from when it was formally established in October 2021 until December 2025 when she accepted a new role within the Executive Office.
